Refund Policy

1.  The refund period is 30 working days, and any complaints and compensations that cause size errors due to personal reasons and subjective factors and who just don't like the item will not be accepted. Promotional items are not returnable.

2. Please do not return the items directly to the address on the package that you have received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

3. The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed.

4. We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference.

Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

   返金の期間は30営業日です。個人的な理由や主観的な要因によるサイズエラー、または商品の好みによる不満や補償については受け付けません。プロモーション商品は返品不可です。

2. 返品先住所について
   受け取ったパッケージに記載された住所に商品を直接返送しないでください。それは私たちの返品先住所ではなく、返品処理に影響を与える可能性があります。

3. 返品商品の状態
   返送する商品は、発送時と同じ状態でなければなりません。使用済みや洗濯済みのものは受け付けません。

4. 不良品の責任
   以下の不良品については、30日以内に責任を負うか、部分的に責任を負います：汚れ、ファスナーの不具合、破れや損傷、明らかな色の違い。
   それ以外の場合、返品送料は顧客の負担となります。なお、元の送料は返金されません。
